Andy

Case Manager

Andy brings abundant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting children, families, and caregivers in diverse settings. Since 2016, he has worked closely with individuals on the autism spectrum, designing and implementing evidence‑based interventions that foster independence, emotional regulation, and social growth.

In his practice, Andy focuses on a comprehensive set of developmental skills, including daily living, play and social interaction, language and communication, cognitive abilities, and motor skills, ensuring that each child’s developmental needs are addressed, promoting balanced growth and independence. Beyond direct therapy, Andy is committed to training educators, shadow aides, and parents, equipping them with practical strategies to effectively support children with special needs.

Andy’s guiding principles are simple: empower individuals through empathy, structure, and continuous learning. He combines behavioural expertise with systemic counselling approaches to empower both students and families, reflecting a professional journey rooted in mission‑driven organizations that value teamwork, innovation, and diversity.

Beyond therapy, Andy is passionate about visual communication tools such as mind maps and experiment tables, which make complex strategies accessible to parents, educators, and colleagues. He is also an active facilitator of parent support groups, modelling emotional regulation and collaborative problem‑solving. Andy continues to advance high‑quality behavioural therapy practices while empowering children and families to achieve their full potential.
