Tiara graduated from my Psychology bachelor degree with honours and have over 6 years of experience supporting children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental needs such as Autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, and mild intellectual disabilities.
Through this, she has developed strong skills in building rapport with children, conducting informal assessments of their learning and behavioural needs, and tailoring strategies to support their development. she has also maintained consistent communication with parents, providing updates on progress after sessions.
Her experience has given her exposure to implementing structured learning activities, supporting social and behavioural development, and adapting approaches based on each child’s needs.
She enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with psychologists and a trans-disciplinary team, contribute to intervention planning, and support children both in-centre and in school settings is highly aligned with her career goals.
Tricia is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining clear documentation, including session updates and case notes. She also value working collaboratively with families and professionals to support positive developmental outcomes for each child.
Ultimately, she is highly motivated to contribute meaningfully to the team and growing professionally in a structured and supportive environment.
