Salawati graduated with a degree in Special Education and hold numerous professional certification like Certificate in Autism, Certificate in Autism SSSTI, PECs Bridging Talents, Diploma in Learning Disorders Management and Child Psychology and many others.

Salawati brings more than fifteen years of specialised experience as a Special Education Teacher, with demonstrated expertise in supporting students/clients (3 – 18 years old) with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. She also been in different roles like a special education teacher, learning support specialist and senior early intervention teacher.

Her professional practice is grounded in evidence-based methodologies and collaborative approaches to student support. She has extensive experience developing and implementing Individual Education Programs (IEPs) through systematic assessment processes, ensuring that educational interventions are precisely aligned with each child’s unique learning profile and developmental goals.\
