Nivaetha graduated with a First-Class Honours in the degree in Psychology. She has a brother with special needs and growing up alongside him has shown her just how powerful inclusive education can be when children are met with patience and belief in their potential. She believes in a structured, evidence-based approach to helping children develop functional independence and meaningful skills.
Working with children has been one of the most special and fulfilling experiences in her journey so far. Nivaetha has worked in a SPED School where she collaborated closely with special educators and occupational specialists to implement Positive Behaviour Support aligned interventions for students with moderate to severe autism. She supported one-on-one behaviour management, adapted activities for diverse sensory and cognitive profiles and led inclusive PE lessons tailored for children with special needs.
Nivaetha has also worked with over 150 mainstream preschoolers. Her job scope includes tracking behavioural patterns, and providing structured feedback to families to promote both academic and emotional development. These experiences have shaped her belief that every child, given the right tools and support, can be empowered to reach their highest potential.
