As a compassionate and dedicated individual with a strong sense of purpose, Neshma is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism. She resonate strongly with the mission to empower individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through evidence-based intervention and support.
Neshma graduated with a degree in psychology and has been working with children and youth with special needs since 2016. She has worked in EIPIC centres, children’s home, Ministry of Social Service and Family Development (MSF) and also in Care Corners and have worked with children as young as 2 years old to 16 years old. Her personality is naturally empathetic, patient, and observant—traits that are invaluable when working with neurodivergent individuals. She is also adaptable and eager to learn, and she views every interaction with a child or family as an opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally.
In addition to her strong interpersonal skills, she values collaboration with families, therapists, and educational teams to ensure consistency and holistic care for every child.
Outside of work, Neshma enjoys travel, exploration, and learning about different cultures, which she believes contributes to her openness, patience, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. These personal experiences have enriched her worldview and further affirmed her belief in the importance of inclusion and respect for neurodiversity.
