| Overview | AutismSTEP’s Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy, termed Verbal Behaviour (ABA-VB), is a signature treatment plan to help children achieve their behavioural and verbal potential. ABA-VB is a personalised, research-based therapy that reaps the benefits of positive reinforcement to improve several aspects of your child’s verbal and behavioural development with the help of Registered Behavioural Technicians (RBTs). The goal of ABA therapy is for children to show more interest in people around them, reduce or stop self-harming, become more focused at school, have fewer tantrums or meltdowns, and communicate with other people more effectively. |
| Why Choose This Programme? | Home-based AutismSTEP caters to all learning styles because it takes place in a familiar and natural environment. A child's family is involved in the child's treatment plan, allowing them to become familiar with the condition, provide support, and monitor the child's progress. Your child will benefit from ABA therapy as well as supporting treatments like speech therapy and school shadowing. |
