Stephanie graduated with a Degree in Psychology and went on to pursue a Graduate Diploma of Psychology. She started her career as a childhood educator in 2013. She is experienced in a wide range of developmental and speech delays. She have worked closely with occupational and speech therapists to implement new strategies and programs to help the children show appropriate behaviours, improve motor skills and improve speech issues through oral exercises, PECs and AAC (Talk Tablet).
Stephanie enjoy working with children with special needs. Her greatest aspiration is to help and motivate children who have little to no interest in accomplishing tasks, to find intrinsic motivation and joy in learning. Given her experience in working with children of a wide range of age and abilities, she is very capable to modify the approach to meet the appropriate needs of the child.
