Saloni has both a degree and diploma in psychology. She believes in providing support to the children in her care to the best of her capability.
She started her career as an Assistant Psychologist and assisted educational as well and clinical psychologists with writing of reports and scoring of assessments. She later then moved on to being an ABA therapist and had experience working with children aged 2 to 12 years old. Not only did she conduct one to one therapy sessions, she was also a shadow teacher and ran social group classes. After which, she was a Research Assistant at NIE and had the opportunity to assist in the development of an assessment tool.
Saloni volunteers as a counselling associate, helpliner, ambassador and youth befriender. She is often described as an empathetic, kind and ethical individual.
