Rajaletchumy has a Honours Degree in Childhood Studies and Disability Studies and is currently also doing a Masters in Psychology.
Rajaletchumy is a fully trained special education educator with experience teaching and supervising children in both the classroom and one-on-one settings.
Early in her career, she observed various cases of children with learning disabilities and special needs. This sparked her interest in working with them and aiding in the discovery of as many types of support and scaffolding as possible. Her goal is to build an inclusive classroom where she can work with students of diverse needs and abilities. Her ultimate goal as an educator is to educate parents and the community about inclusive classrooms and get their support. For the last six years working, she has been working with children that have special needs including ADHD, ADD, CP, Down Syndrome and Autism.
