Melissa graduated with a degree in Special Education and an Advance Diploma in Early Intervention.
Since her school days, she was exceptionally drawn to the atypically developing module and when the opportunity for an offer for a scholarship to work in an early intervention school arise, she quickly seized it.
She started off her career as an Early Interventionist since 2009. She has multiple career progression from a Lead Teacher, to Principal Lead Teacher, to Senior Teacher and the Head of Teaching in an EIPIC centre. She oversees over 600 children and 200 early interventionists.
